I am a local Louisville contractor and the manager at the floor and decor on Preston in Louisville Tristen H went far above what would have been necessary to provide me with good customer service. He clearly cares about the store. He works at and that his customers are satisfied. I will definitely continue shopping at Flooring Decor because of him.

Helpful, great selections. Only wish they had a couple of things from the website so it could be seen better before ordering. Kitchen cabinets for example. Big investment for not being able to actually lay hands on a sample other than a door color. Otherwise, lots of tile and flooring to choose from.

Sarah Hyman was our designer, and she was great. Very knowledgeable about the inventory and understood our design needs and budget.

KORFHAGE FLOOR COVERING REVIEWS

Korfhage did a WONDERFUL job in my floor today!! I am SO well pleased. It's the 2nd job they've done at my house and I would not call anyone else. If you're considering which company to go with, call Korfhage!!! You won't be disappointed. David, Clayton & Bill are the very best!!! David came to my house twice to show me samples of flooring to choose from & then Bill & Clayton came within less than a week & put the floor in. Couldn't have had a better more efficient team.

Korfhage Flooring was great to work with. I just had a small job or replacing my outdoor carpet on my porch, but I couldn't be happier. I love my before and after contrast! They were quick, consultative and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Thanks to Cory and crew who installed my floors and Tabatha who help coordinate and handled the picking and pricing. They look beautiful.

Christian, our sales rep, was fantastic. Made the process of buying everything easy and quick. Nick and Mike, the contracted installers, were also amazing. We were quoted 3 days, and they finished in two. Very communicative, professional, and didn’t mind our two toddlers. Highly, highly recommended!

They were reasonably priced, on time, efficiently installed, and provided a quality installation, especially on the steps.
