Zuriel and our project manager Zach worked with us on a complete remodel of an existing home which included the addition of a bathroom and structural changes. We began the work in mid-2022 and at the time I believe it was one of the largest, if not the largest, project Zenith had taken on. My husband and I made all of the design choices and Zenith partnered with us to make them a reality. The initial quote was very competitive, and we appreciated Zuriel's transparency throughout the process. Many unforeseen challenges and changes had to be addressed and Zuriel and our project manager Zach were collaborative. Inevitably for a project of this size, there were occasional miscommunications and some things that didn't go as expected, but we were always able to address them productively.
