World Market Pasadena Marie has excellent customer service. Actual associate who understand and helps customer to her best ability. Should make Marie Supervisor or assistant manager. Love to find items where you can not find anywhere else for international. Also Management should recognize employees who actually helps their store and customer.

Love all the cool stuff at this location. They have the best soaps and candles. We found the coolest Halloween and Christmas Decorations, gifts, treats and more. They have stuff from around the world. The location was clean and easy to navigate. Bree was real nice and professional. I have been shopping here for years back when it was Cost Plus. Ten out of ten totally recommend this and any of the World Market locations.

I absolutely LOVE the products, the company and this store! The staff at this Pasadena location is amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. Especially Adrian in wines and spirits. I trust every wine he recommends. He has never let me down, they have all been amazing! The store is always in top notch shape, and is always very clean and organized. I can spend hours in there! I am a shopper for life.

Really great customer service. A tall guy (sorry I forgot your name) helped me yesterday with an exchange of a broken bowl I received for Christmas. Easy, quick, no questions. While he was getting me a new bowl I looked around and found some amazing scented items I had to have. The same person helped me find something in the back that was out of stock on the sales floor. I felt like I was asking for annoying things and he went out of his way to make sure that he found what I was looking for. I don't think I've ever shopped in this store before and will definitely be coming back.

Super friendly and helpful staff here. Furniture upstairs can get expensive, but is very nice, and high quality. Great place to get decorations for the holidays or to find a wedding gift too.

Excellent store. The employees are amazing. Their product is superior. I go there regularly. I highly recommend Crate & Barrel.

Bought a coffee table, lamps and pillows in this location. Good service. The pick up area can be a little confusing, you'll have to drive around the building and park your vehicle in the alley. The alley is behind the entire building(the store is in a apartment-retail complex) but the staff brought me my order was nice and helpful. 5 star location of west elm. No doubts.

Shantell was one of the most friendly store employees I have ever come across! We were so difficult and had so many questions about our west elm credit card, ordering online, and prices and she was so helpful with every thing! We will definitely make this west elm our “home store.” Thanks Shantell, you were great.

Jairo was amazing! He helped us and was super patient! I highly recommend going there and letting him help you he definitely made everything easier! Thank you Jairo for being so awesome! I will definitely come back.
