An absolutely great experience at the Pasadena Sit ’n Sleep. My husband and I went in two weeks ago. Brian I. was so helpful and engaging even when we told him we were not prepared to buy that day but were shopping around. He did not miss a beat and spent time showing us several mattresses and answering questions. When we returned two weeks later, Brian was not in but another manager, Charles helped us; we purchased one of the mattresses that Brian had shown us. Charles was also engaging, knowledgeable and kind; he knew we had been affected and displaced by the Eaton Fire and very sensitively let me know that Sit ’n Sleep was having some promotions to help out the fire victims. This was our first encounter with Sit ’n Sleep but it definitely will not be our last. This business is compassionate and well run, has quality merchandise and wonderful employees! I purchased a mattress at Sit n Sleep Pasadena CA today and had a wonderful sales representative, Brian Jens. Brian is the Assistant Store Manager at the Santa Clarita location but he was filling in at the Pasadena location today. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience purchasing a mattress today with Brian's assistance. Brian was patient, kind and honest. He gave me the time that I needed to make my decision and he was knowledgeable about all of my product questions. His warm and supportive manner made my entire experience such a pleasure.

A fabulous learning experience. You wouldn’t necessarily equate buying a bed (clearly an investment) with a learning experience. Which equates to a very happy customer. Let me introduce you to Jennifer, store manager and salesperson extraordinaire. Jennifer is so knowledgeable, patient, caring and fun! We’d been looking for a bed since the Eaton fires. It was her extraordinary skill and knowledge that convinced us ultimately to buy from Sit n Sleep. Deana at the flagship shop in Pasadena could not have been more helpful. She explained it everything very clearly and had me lie down on many beds. I went back a second time to make my decision and she was equally as helpful. She made the purchasing process very easy and explained exactly what I needed to do to follow up and get the bed delivered. The delivery went very smoothly and I am very happy with my bed.
