I’ve had consistently great experiences with the maintenance team at the Apartments. They are professional, responsive, and extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. They’ve handled everything from promptly unclogging my only bathroom sink, to installing my washer and dryer, to checking whether a new dishwasher was available when my older one needed to be replaced. They’ve also been so kind and willing to help with the little things that come up from time to time. I really appreciate how dependable and helpful the team has been. Their work and the care they put into helping residents genuinely make a difference in the experience of living here.

I looked at a lot of apartments before deciding on this one, and my early experience with Terraces has been really great so far! I almost opted to do a self-guided tour, and I'm so glad I didn't — Romel from the leasing team gave me an extensive tour around the property (which is very well kept), showed me multiple vacant units, and even followed up to share upcoming listings and videos to ensure I had all the info I needed to make the right decision. He was truly so helpful and communicative every step of the way, from the initial viewing to move-in day. Highly recommend going the guided tour route so you can really get a feel for what they offer and feel supported throughout the process. The location of this apartment complex is ideal — lots of good food around and you can walk basically anywhere!.

I been living in terrace for over 2 years and I enjoy calling it my home. I feel Safe and everyone is welcoming from neighbors, leasing office and maintenance people. I hope to stay more Years here.

Stay at Avalon del mar in fall 2019 to 2021, return to my country during the pandemic. Now we are back to Avalon del mar again, meet with the fantastic team leading with Romeo-super friendly and dependable, Victoria-helpful as can be and Terrence. Romeo helps us with all the details and resolves them quickly. We are now renting a quiet room in building 2 facing the courtyard, the building is well maintain and clean, the included parking spaces are plentiful and easily access from the apartment building (big plus for CA living), the amenities are all here: the pool, the gym, the meeting room, and the pool table….etc. OH, the maintenance team is good and professional, if urgent, they come the same day; they show up in couple of days after we submitted the service request.

I have to express my gratitude to Martin who came to fix the clogged sinks in two bathrooms after hours on his short pre- holiday work day. The whole maintenance team is very responsive, reliable, professional and friendly! Thank you for maintaining it beautifully.

Haven Del Mar Apartments is a great place to live. The staff both maintenance and leasing are very professional and helpful. The building is centrally located and most places are walkable. We are very happy here.
