My husband and I worked with Cesar from Clarity Homes Courts of Bonnie Brae to help us get our first home. From the very beginning, Cesar welcomed us with a kind and helpful attitude and genuine excitement for us as we started this new chapter. Throughout the process, Cesar was extremely diligent in helping us get what we needed in order to close and happily answered any questions we had along the way. Even after moving in, Cesar assisted me with troubleshooting minor issues with internet and USPS, which were all quickly resolved once he got involved. Needless to say, Cesar offered great help every step of the way and we are so happy to have worked with him! On top of that, we absolutely LOVE our Clarity home and this neighborhood. I'm an interior designer and I am extremely pleased with the level of quality and design that goes into these boutique builds. We also love how close we are to all that Denton has to offer but far enough from the "city" so it's quiet and peaceful. Due to our short timeline, we purchased a spec home so we did not go through the process of a custom build, however, Bryan (builder) did a great job on our home and with the requests we had during our blue tape walkthrough. Any time I have a question for Bryan or Cesar I don't feel as though I'm bothering them because they're always happy to help. They're what makes this community great! I highly recommend you stop by the Courts of Bonnie Brae!

My husband & I are first time homebuyers when we were in the process of looking we came by a Clarity Home & met Angie. She helped & answered any questions we had before we made the decision to start the building process with them. From that point on she stayed in touch, helped us made the whole process easy. When we had issues come up she was easy to talk to & understand us. I love her so much because she understood how important our home needed to be safe for our son & made it a point to let our builders know as well. We absolutely love our home. It’s exactly, if not better than we expected. Ryan Stalcup helped us throughout the building process. She was great, always very helpfully and kind. She responded our emails and questions right away. Our house did take longer than expected, but the way the market is It is understandable. During walkthrough, Tucker, the builder was very friendly and helpful. I recommend Clarity Homes!
