United Built Homes

I generally do not write a lot of reviews but for the experience I had with UBH a review was warranted in hopes that others can enjoy a great build experience. I was building a home on a property that I had purchased. I interviewed a number of companies and down selected to UBH because of their excellent home layouts, ability to support a construction loan and very friendly sales staff, (Sheryl Ariens). We had initial challenges with county permits but UBH was supportive throughout. The on-site lead for UBH (David) was exceptional and communicated progress and clarifications on details all the time. The home is done and is absolutely beyond our expectations. Outstanding quality, build materials and no hassle construction experience. They finished a month ahead of schedule and we could not be happier. Highly recommend UBH for you custom home!

Shawn and I decided to go with UHB after years of watching our family and friends go through the process of building with other contractors, as well as some with UHB. The entire process was handled in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner. The staff with UHB were quick to respond and assist when needed. Our home was finished 4 months early. We are now in our forever home and loving it. We are now in the process and of either remodeling my MIL home or doing a new build and she wants UHB to do the new build!

My family came to UBH with a unique multi-generation floor plan design request. The team at UBH worked with us and was able to partner in our dream home being built. The results and bottom-line surpassed our expectations, and we couldn't be happier. Even after almost 3 years or being in our house, we can still depend on the team to go above and beyond. Specifically, my kids broke a window and the UBH team tracked the window down, delivered it and helped us get it replaced.
