Communication was phenomenal through a builders app of weekly progression. Couldn’t thank Sam and Kate enough for getting everything started and making the process as easy and stress free as possible. Josh Woods the project manager and the building team did an awesome job. Very detailed and took great pride in their work!! Never thought building a house was possible. Thank you, GRB!!!

Michael was my project manager, he was very informative, and diligent. Samantha was my new home specialist, and she made the building process wonderful! She was always quick with responses and ensured things were taken care of. I never thought building a house would be possible for me. So excited to start making new memories in our new home. Everything from beginning to end has been wonderful Tom getting me started, then the decor decisions, but best part was Mike my project manager.
