Sent David a random email after watching one of Hanson Carlen's youtube video's. I had a question about a product that he had reviewed. David responded very quickly, with very useful information so I could make an information decision. Since I'm in an entirely different state from Hanson Carlen I was really impressed that David took the time to respond to my inquiry since I wouldn't be utilizing any of their services. Thank You for taking the time to answer my questions, and keep the product reviews coming. Based on my experience with David and Hanson Carlen, anyone who would use their services should be in for a fabulous experience.

My wife and I were moving to Spokane and wanted to have a new home built. David and Janette started out by helping us figure out what was important to us in a home, our lifestyle and what type of design we wanted. My wife and I did not plan on moving to Spokane until the house was finished, which in most cases you think would make this process difficult, but it was just the opposite. We received weekly (sometimes daily) updates on the progress, had multiple Zoom meetings, and much to our delight great communication by photos and videos of the employees as they carefully fashioned our new home! We loved working with Hanson Carlen throughout the entire process from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure to provide us with our dream home.

David and Janette of Hanson and Carlen designed and built us a stunning home on the lake. It was a difficult site to build on and they did an excellent job. I would 100% hire them again. Their team are true master craftsmen and do high end work. They were so professional and easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted in our home and designed it so we would be able to age in place.
