True Built Home - Spokane Branch

Nathan (our project manager) was great to work with and we want True Built to know that working with him made this home building adventure a pleasure. Nathan is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and probably most importantly, calm and patient. He kept us informed with timely updates throughout the project and any time we needed answers, he gave them completely. True Built Home did good when you hired him. We're very happy with our new home, and we thank all of you for your efforts. Thank you!!!

We are working with Travis and are very impressed with his knowledge and commitment that he has shown in helping us design a house to build on our lot. He understands that it is a big decision for us and he has always been willing to help in every way possible. From the first time I called Travis to ask if True Built would be willing to build in our remote location, to him taking us out to one of their build sites where we saw a beautiful home with quality construction. It is comforting to know that anytime we have a question or concern we can call Travis and he will help us out. We are now working with Paul on the drawings and he is doing a great job. Wow what a great experience working with True Built. My company supplied True Built with building materials in the Puget Sound and of course, we selected them above others to build our home in Spokane. With all of our questions, Cory and Leah spent considerable time explaining the process. We appreciated their patience and candor. Making changes is expected and that part of the process went smoothly. We were on site often and found all the contractors to be very safe and capable. Some we have used since that time and will continue. I have walked thousands of residential job sites and have come to understand the required quality of craftsmanship and product. Five stars in my opinion. Finally, with Travis you will find yourself in very capable hands. He will explain the business process and will do that with a great foundation of experience. You see, he framed my house and and took responsibility for the balance of the project. He always had a smile on his face even with the cold weather. All around, job well done.
