Manchester built our home last year and we are thrilled with the job they did!! This was our second home to have built and the service and attention to detail was superb!! Both Larry and Michael bring a shared vision of professionalism and genuine care to their projects. Larry is very personable and kind and will meet you where you’re at with ideas you have for your home. On site, Michael works with a level of integrity you won’t find in any other company. These are honest, hard working men who hire the same. They stand by what they do, and when a mistake is made, they take on the loss. Words cannot describe my gratitude at how they were concerned about what concerned us. They worked to get things right as if it was their own personal home. We walked away with not just a beautiful and amazing home, but with amazing friendships. Ten stars to this company; you won’t find 2 men more devoted to your home more than the men at Manchester!

We did a custom build with Manchester and are very happy with everything! Larry and Michael were both great to work with and were always available throughout the whole process. Larry was very mindful about draws from the construction loan. Often times, the draws were months after the work had been done. We saved about $4,000 due to this! Michael was very responsive to our needs and did everything he could for us. We enjoyed the process thanks to Larry and Michael!
