I recently assisted my buyers with their purchase of a beautiful Prieb Home. It was a move-in ready home upon purchase but they completed additional requests in a timely manner and it was ready by closing! The walk through was smooth and they were very detailed in touch-ups needed. The realtor, Lindsay, was a great communicator, very timely with her responses and made the process extremely smooth for my clients and I. I would highly recommend Prieb Homes and look forward to working with them again!

Worked with them for the past couple of months on a new build. They were easy to work with throughout the process. We loved the layout and design of the home. My buyers are still waiting on the weather to install sod and the contractors to complete a few last mintute things but other than that they are satisfied. Great Builder to work with. The Payton Reverse plan is so spacious and has a lot of functional features. The whole team was easy to work with, communitive, and on top of things; Pam with Sales, Jason the Project Manager.
