Very happy with our purchase from July 2022. Not only did our home withstand Ian without a single issue, we’ve had our minor warranty issues addressed and completed without any problems. Everyone with Sposen has been kind and gone above and beyond to make sure we were settled after our long distance move. Our experienced realtor felt that this was a great local builder. I would work with this company again, and I believe they strive to do the right thing and build quality homes.

Sposen Homes and Bob Ekdahl in particular were terrific to work with to design our dream Florida home. We worked with Bob over a two year period and he never quit on us! We finally signed a contract that will provide everything we need to enjoy south Florida and have great confidence Sposen will build a first class home. Thank you Bob and the entire Sposen team!

With the Challenges of Hurricane Ian, Sposen Homes and Affiliates have done an awesome job in working on getting my house completed. So far, it looks beautiful. Big Shoutout to Jeremy for taking the time to talk and explain things during delays and shoutout to JB for pushing it a long. Im hoping to be in by the end of April. Thanks for all you guys do. Looking forward to this being completed.
