PETSMART ALBUQUERQUE REVIEWS

As pet parents, it’s natural to worry when leaving your furry family member somewhere new especially for the first time. We recently boarded our new puppy at PetSmart , and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was incredibly smooth. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and clearly passionate about animals. One of the best parts was being able to watch our puppy on the cameras during playtime and it gave us so much peace of mind. The staff also kept us updated and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the stay. At check-out, they gave us a full report on how our puppy did, including details about his eating habits and how he did during playtime. It was so reassuring to know he was well cared for and happy while we were away. This is a great pet hotel, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, PetSmart , for keeping our puppy safe, happy, and loved and for giving us peace of mind!

We noticed a funky smell in the cat food aisle, and brought it to the attention of a manager with blonde hair, (wasn’t able to get her name unfortunately) and she went above and beyond to inspect every single food item in that area until she found the source. And even made sure to check with us again and confirmed she found it. Never seen this behavior at any other place, and it was amazing and definitely made our experience a 10/10 to see someone be so caring for the well being of our animals and the quality of their products!!!

This location is so kind!! They were able and happy to get my old doggy in the next day when no one else could! Now I drive all the way there everytime.

This was the first time I shopped here, and I don't know much of the store or anything, but an employee named Abby was absolutely great. She checked to see if things were available, she was friendly, and ready to help. Thank you so much.

It would be nice if Petco would add any credits or points to your rewards without you having to download them yourself.

We bought fish here and they are very well taken care of. I bought 8 Bettas, an angelfish, guppies, and nerite snails. All of them were high quality and didn't die after bringing them home. All the pets here are shown lots of love and it shows. I'm so glad I got my animals here. Very friendly staff and great products at better prices! They have aquarium plants! I love it here!

Great place...customer service is amazing ....I use it to entertain my granddaughter. I tell her we are going to the tiny zoo. Its got enough animals it could be a tiny zoo. One way to get people interested in owning new babies. Great experience. Everyone seems so happy.

Always a great deal on their crickets and I love the wide selection of fish. They have a decent selection of live food for my beardie but a bummer they don't ever carry green horned worms.
