This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced in Houston. Staff was the absolute best. I forgot her name but I believe it's Danielle. She need a raise. She for sure have the best customer service. I will only book here from now on the Houston area. Only issue was my fridge wasn't cold. Baby from her service I didn't even complain or care. Everything else was 10 out of 10 from breakfast, cleaning, checking in to make sure I'm good, towels, the pool, washer and dryer and the gym. love it here. If that's not her name tell her forgive me but I checked in at 3pm on Saturday June 8. Tell her I will see her in July.

I want to give this place all the praise! Every member of the staff are genuinely just nice people. I’m speaking from experience. I happen to be in a bind & their hospitality didn’t flinch. They accommodated me regardless! Their interactions with guest are always positive. Rooms are on point, breakfast is amazing! If you’re passing through! This is the place to be.

Home2 Suites are my usual Hilton go to. Great service, the staff is very nice and prompt. The hotel is very very clean, and the areas pretty quiet and chill. My only complaint is the size of the TV’s in the room, other home2’s have me used to walking in and seeing a 55-60” TV.

Everyone there from the lobby, the receptionist, and people from the restaurant were all sooo extra nice. The food were also delicious. I always come back there and stay for few days and enjoy there. I will also recommend them to my friends who’s visiting Houston. I love Quality Inn Pasadena. You guys are all the best.

I have stayed there twice in the past month. I got room 501 both times. The service was excellent. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, dining staff, and driver were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very good.. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are attentive, specially MAYONA in front desk. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much.

This was an amazing stay! For sure would come back again! They truly care about the people staying here and make sure your rooms are clean and breakfast is freshh! Especially Mayra, she went above and beyond.

This was a very nice over all hotel and Mayra in the dinning area this morning for breakfast was vary attentive and gave perfect customer service.

One of our best stays on the road. Beautiful property, well maintained and some of the best hotel check in staff we had.
