This is the most wonderful florist I have encountered! When my brother died, I called Jorge one evening and he patiently listened to what I envisioned for flowers. He surpassed my expectations for the floral arrangements. The next time I needed flowers to express my feelings on my daughter's death, he was right there to fulfill my needs. His arrangements spoke the words I could not convey. Thank you The Chocolate Rose for being so wonderful.

Excellent service..I ordered this for my wife a week before Valentines and she got it on Valentines day..The arrangement was perfect and she loved it.They answered the phone immediatley when i asked about the order and sent pics of the delivery..Great business!.

Beautiful floral arrangement. Put ny order in at 9am and it was delivered by noon. Great fast delivery and the flowers were just as beautiful and full of color. Definitely will be back.

Enchanted Florist went above and beyond for me recently. I had ordered a spray for my mom’s casket from another florist. The day of the service, that florist sent me a photo of the finished spray and it looked nothing like the photo of what I had ordered. (Lots of gaps, lots of substitutions, and very little of what should have been the dominant color.) Enchanted Florist had the same design on their website. I called them at 9 AM, asking if they had the necessary flowers to create the design, and if it could done the same day. They called me back just minutes later and assured me they could duplicate the design and have it to the funeral home by 4:30 for a 5 PM visitation. They actually had it there by 2:30 and it was gorgeous! I received so many compliments on the spray. They were so helpful, responsive and did a beautiful job. They quickly and compassionately solved a huge problem for me on a day that was already stressful. In addition, I ordered a tabletop arrangement that was also turned out as stunning as the photo on their website. It also received many compliments. I forgot to take a photo of the tabletop arrangement when it was still fresh so the photo below is after 2 days. I cannot recommend Enchanted Florist enough!.

Whenever my husband gets me flowers they come from Enchanted Florist! I was surprised at work today with an absolutely beautiful Valentine bouquet! They literally took my breath away! Their flowers are always fresh, gorgeous, and smell amazing!!.

I ordered a homecoming mum for our mentee and they did an awesome job. The mum looked more beautiful than what I expected. The recipient was surprised and loved it. Excellent customer service.
