Mike and Joe with Texas Pride did a wonderful and professional job replacing a pipe that had shifted in my septic system and had caused the whole system to back up. Their service was timely, friendly and the cost was very fair. After they arrived and analyzed further they even reduced the scope of the job and it cost me less than expected. They took their time to explain the repair to me and make sure to show me their work when finished. Highly recommend these guys.

Had them out last week. They were able to get me in the same day since I was having an emergency and my system was overflowing. Ended up being something stupid and the breakers were tripped. They were able to go ahead and get my tanks pumped and signed up for checking my system every once in awhile. First time septic owner here so I didn't know that was a thing. Happy with their service.

These guys are just awesome. I've used them for years. They are respectful of my pets. I never worry about them on my property alone. They always go way above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

They come out to conduct the septic tank inspection and report the findings to Waller County keeping me in compliance. They come in do their job quickly, quietly and if I happen to be home are always friendly and explain what is happening with the system.

Outstanding job pumping out my large aerobic system. Great price and showed up on time. Had extra long hoses to reach the system so didnt need to leave driveway. Great customer service driver was kind professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Had them come out and clean out the tanks. Fast response and work. They also recommended these micro organisms which really work better than rid-x. Highly recommend them.
