Best Western Plus Fort Wayne Inn & Suites North

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We picked it because it was the least expensive option with a pool that had decent reviews. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite. The breakfast was good. The atmosphere was friendly. The only criticism is the hotel could use a facelift. It wasn't dirty at all, just dated. The pool had just been opened up, and the hot tub was coming soon. If the lady (assuming the manager) reads this, thank you so much for making the stay great. I truly believe if you weren't there, this review wouldn't have been nearly as positive. You came in to work both your days off (Friday and Saturday), and you did it with a smile on your face.

I had a terrific experience at this hotel. Jamai is the best of the best for front desk workers. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I really appreciate that. Everyone treated me great while I was here and I will definitely be back for additional stays! The front porch is the gem of this property! Ms. Deb has taken great care of me. She is a wonderful lady and great breakfast attendant. She also does the decorating in and around the lobby and breakfast area!

Very thankful for the super helpful young lady helping me at the front desk. None of the other hotels would take us because we are traveling with service dog. And they graciously got us a room and we're very nice and helpful about it.
