Hilton Jackson

My only complaint about this hotel is the elevators. They take so long. I just expected more than 4 elevators from a hotel with over 10 floors. But despite that I loved my room. I had breakfast everyday. Not gonna lie I was always coming down right before breakfast was over but the food was still fresh and delicious!!! They did seem to be understaffed but the few that were there are definitely the GOATS!!! They moved around that room like lightning. Overall great experience.

Possibly one of the best hotels I have ever been to, staff,room quality ,amenities and atmosphere . Express the fact that the Hilton and its team members are devoted too pure excellence in the hospitality industry.

Minor problems with the room that the staff was unwilling to address but overall a nice hotel.
