Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo West

This had to be the best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Specifically, I want to shout out Myla, who checked us in, in the evening, and Iris, who worked the breakfast the next morning. Myla took initiative and called up to our room after we arrived to let us know she had extra towels and bed sheets/blankets for the pull out couch bed for our kids. She was very sweet and did her job very well. Best front-desk person ever! Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and Iris was on top of keeping everything clean and restocked. The kids loved the pool and it was very clean, well-kept, and had relaxing furniture for us adults. Very awesome experience. Sincerely, a family of 6!

We checked in with Myla,wow was she amazing ! Very friendly and knowledgeable,she made us feel at home ! I appreciate how nice she was. Everything was great,breakfast left a lot to be desired .9 am ,no omlettes ,2 cinnamon rolls and oatmeal was empty.The girl working breakfast looked at her watch and several minutes later a guy came from the back with 6 omelettes and a tray of rolls .Many guests were coming in to eat and I know the breakfast is done at 9:30 ,but come on ,should be enough for everyone to eat .

Best hotel breakfast around honestly. Breakfast guy was working hard and very polite, shout out to him!! Nice pool and there was always someone mopping and cleaning it smelled amazing in the hallways. Very clean and top notch staff.
