RENAISSANCE TOLEDO DOWNTOWN HOTEL REVIEWS

The service was excellent from the start. The valet parking was super easy, and the attendant was more than willing to help with bags. The check-in process was easy, and they escorted us to the elevator, which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and stylish and we had a great view of the river. The rooftop bar was a nice place to end the night. Overall, we had a great experience and will continue to use whenever we are in town.

If I could give this place a million stars I would! The rooms were very comfortable, the location was perfect to attend the Walleye game with a great view of the river. The reason for this review is for the service we received during our stay:) Manny at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Mac and Mickey in the restaurant were so very sweet with the children and we received killer service. The food was also amazing! Next time we’re in town we’ll definitely be staying here.

Surprised how nice this hotel was, heard mixed things but my stay was great. Especially happy with the valet Che, gave me great advice on places to visit during my stay.

Elijah L., he was at the front desk. I had my medical licensing boards and came from out of state, so my mind was on everything but the hotel. It was my own complete mistake that I booked the wrong week. Elijah answered the phone immediately, was understanding, extremely helpful, and immediately took care of things,in less then 3 hours before I needed it! Even let me check in early. All without any fuss or charges. Absolutely amazing service. Exemplary service and professionalism.

I had an outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Toledo/Westgate! I was greeted with a warm welcome by Nicole and Elijah at the reception. They were incredibly friendly and made both the check-in process and any further extensions smooth and hassle-free.

I stay here regularly. The rooms and service are great, especially the remodeled rooms. The breakfast waffles are excellent.

I went for a college tour with my daughter and got a room that was close to the college and they was so nice and the hospitality was excellent the rooms and the hotel in general was very clean not a piece a dust dirt nothing what you see on the pictures yes it’s very nice and then some.

The staff are friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The hotel is in a great location. There is a mall less than 10 minutes away with Dave and Busters attached. The hotel is less than 15 minutes away from Downtown Toledo. There is a pool, too.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good as well.
