My sales associate Kathy, was simply amazing! I have major chronic back and neck pain she listened to my needs and the research I had done and took me to a bed to try that was perfect. I tried several kinds and styles, she never rushed me, assisted me with the adjustable frame settings and literally had me pain free. I bought the mattress, frame and mattress cover and sheets. She never tried to push extras on me, I asked and she showed me. I can't begin to tell you what an absolutely wonderful experience it was.

Very knowledgeable. I asked loads of questions and she was quick with her answers. I had it set in my mind what I wanted but still wanted in person comparisons. And she outdid herself and I ended up not getting what I thought I wanted but something way better. I was there over 2 hours and it was worth finding the perfect bed.
