The installation crew did an outstanding job in getting our siding applied to the house and our garage. After the external insulation procedure the composite siding and trimwork was expertly applied to our house. After the job was done, the crew picked up every trace of evidence that they had even been here. I would recommend Hansen’s to anyone who wishes to have an expert installation of a high-quality product to their home. We should’ve done this years ago. We can already tell our heating is more efficient. we want to give an extra thumbs up to the crew and two Miguel for being so responsive during this installation time.

The gentlemen that came out whose name is Clarence did a fantastic job. So friendly, easy going. Answered any questions we had. Went through everything and even helped us understand the process of about how long it would take. I need to have 8 windows done but, right now I am only doing 4, then will later on do the other 4. He was very understanding and very helpful.

From the start to finish of the project I had a good experience. I had 8 new windows put in. The salesman was up front and honest with his pricing and explanation of each option. The windows were installed professionally. The windows reduced noise, and seem to do better at keeping my house insulated. I'm one more step to restoring this old house to its former glory.

Todd Yates showed up for our appointment very punctually, five minutes early actually. He was very thorough with every aspect of the project from products available with their warranties, demonstrations of their products compared to competitors and even step by step of how the project would take place. Our project is very sizable and took over two hours to discuss but no complaints from us. He was very easy to get along with and hid nothing from us. All around a great guy and a great consultation.

Todd Yates was an amazing Sales Representative with a inviting personality that was unlike most “Salesman” we’ve dealt with in other Company transactions. There was no pressure but answered our questions when we asked for his opinion with past experiences.
