I came in to get furniture at furniture palace and the salesman Billy Wainscott helped me find what I wanted within my price range and me and my family absolutely love it and appreciate him also much! If you need good reliable furniture at a great price go see Billy at furniture palace.

I highly recommend Isaiah the sales rep there. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He doesn’t pressure you and has a chill vibe. At other places I had ppl pressure me to buy a couch I didn’t love, (it was also way out of my budget), it was a horrible experience. With Isaiah your experience will be one of a kind!! Go see Isaiah at the mall, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience with the help of Isaiah. He was super friendly and informative. I will be coming back here to see him for all of my furniture needs! Wonderful customer service. Keep up the good work.

Cindy was my sales representative. She greeted me at the door, was courteous and gave me some time to look around the store. When I needed assistance, she was careful to listen to my needs and directed me to furniture that was in my price range and in the style I wanted. When writing up the order she took her time and asked questions to confirm the fabric color and design. I am aware of the quality of Lazy Boy furniture and Cindy’s expertise made this shopping trip an enjoyable experience. Thank you Cindy.

Great shopping experience. Representative Terrell extremely knowledgeable and able to guide me finding a couch and recliner for a small space, the complementary design service was perfect!Designer Rene came to my home w fabrics , took measurements , pictures, spent a lot of time w me in selecting the perfect couch and recliner!! I would recommend LZB, Terrell and Rene to all family and friends .

Very happy with our choices and with our very helpful and friendly sales person, Candy. It was like getting help from a friend. She remembered me from stopping in about 7 months ago. Very accommodating. Hopefully all will go well with delivery in 6 weeks. We have purchased from this store in the past.

My Husband and I went in to look at a couch and we were helped by Cameron. He was fantastic! He greeted us, gave us time to browse and figure out what we were interested, and gave us great recommendations when we asked for them. He made sure we knew about the sales going on and checked to make sure they rang in properly. We’ve been furniture hunting for a while now and our experience with Cameron was by far the best. He was nice, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about his store and products which made it a breeze for us. Very thankful and excited to get our new couch and entertainment stand.
