Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa

We arrived on a Friday evening to a super friendly greeting from the front desk. We called for an iron, towels etc and they came within minutes. Breakfast was great!!! They didn’t run out of food and the eating area was large. Every single front desk personnel was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room is great!!! Firm mattresses, super clean, very large and spacious for our family of 5. I would definitely stay at this specific Hyatt place but I’ll also try other locations based on this stay!!!

Booked one nite stay, due to maintenance on my home. Nice and quiet with the exception of the air conditioner. It's pretty LOUD. Breakfast was decent, no meat, but filling. Third time at this location, will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They treated us and our dog very well. The kids loved the pool, fountains and hot tub. Breakfast was pretty decent.
