3 Best Apartments For Rent in Mesa, AZ

Overall this has been a nice place to live so far! The gates have been repaired and close every night now, I haven't seen any transients on the property during my time here. The property is clean and well kept. The only issues Ive seen on occasion is people leaving their trash bags on the ground outside the dumpster when the lids are closed. Thats just laziness on the person who dumped it there bc they didnt want to lift the lid. Maintenance is pretty good, sometimes the wait for work orders is a tad long, but they do a good job when they come to service the apartments. Hoping the lease renewal rates are reasonable, we will see. A lot of people are complaining about the parking fees, sure it wasn't ideal, but overall it's not the worst having to pay for a covered spot, its $15 a month. The only thing I'm not a fan of is Fetch, I've been here 9 months it's not a service I ever use, wish it could be opted out of. The staff here is nice, the property is clean. Ive only had one tiny scorpion after they treated the property. And rates are a little high, but still reasonable. Looking forward to renewing our lease.

We moved from out of state, site unseen, we literally chose this complex because of how kind Vanessa was when we would call in. That being said, the apartment itself is great! It has very tall ceilings, and tons of storage which really helps a smaller space feel big, and very functional. The office staff have all been very helpful, we haven’t had any major maintenance requests but for tiny things upon move in, they came very promptly. The grounds are well kept. The two pools are nice. And there’s ample parking. We were pretty nervous about moving somewhere we had never seen before, but it could not have turned out better.

Excellent place to live, lots of green areas, nice maintenance and office staff. Very peaceful and near everything I need! Large balconies and big dog park, and the front pool is heated (sweater weather lol).

I can honestly say that Bella Victoria Apartments is not only a beautiful place to live, but a place run by some of the most understanding individuals. We all have bad days and I’m ashamed to say that I had one that got the better of me, but both the manager and the front office staff remained professional, communicative, respectful and understanding. Staff like that helps make apartments feel less like a place to live until the lease is up and more like home.

I moved here only a couple months ago, but the maintenance team is very responsive and efficient. I’ve just had a few low priority requests, such as low battery notices, garbage disposal, etc. They get out the same day or next day and take care of it immediately. The grounds and amenities are well kept and the complex is more like condo living vs. apartment living. My unit is spacious and has more useful square footage than many other apartments I toured. Being able to have an attached covered garage is also a nice bonus.

The microwave had to be replaced, and a new one was being ordered. My son is handicapped and relies on the microwave to feed himself. I called the office to tell them we could not wait until a new one arrived. They went and pulled a microwave from a vacant apartment and brought it over the same day. Very grateful for the quick response.
