Sheraton McKinney Hotel

Immediately walking in, the hotel feels modern and relaxing. The rooms have high ceilings, making them feel spacious. Beds are comfy and the bathroom/shower was clean and minimalist in design. Though this hotel is right next to the expressway, I could hear none of the traffic zooming by. Room service was very friendly and polite; restaurant staff were, as well. My only additional desire would be for an in-room mini-fridge.

We were staying here for a wedding so we had several rooms and a lot of people. ALL of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and very accommodating. We had some early check-ins, we had dogs, we locked a key in the room, we were in and out a million times and we were treated with amazing customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best Sheraton hotels I have been to. The place was super clean and the rooms were very nice. The restaurant and bar at the hotel is pretty decent.
