3 Best Pet Grooming in McKinney, TX

Need to get a cut and grooming for your pet but can’t find a place that has an availability in the next few months That’s the exact struggle I had, especially in the hottest summer season, everybody is booked till the end of the season. I literally talked to 10 different places and they were the only ones that could put my dog in their calendar in just two weeks time. The service took around two hours, the cut was beautifully done, great staff and quite competitive pricing that you can’t really complain about. Will definitely recommend.

Wonderful place!! The attendant both times we have come has been the sweetest and most helpful person. Good selection of shampoo and cleaning products that are gentle and safe. Clean atmosphere and all you could really ask for with a self-serve cleaning station.

Our groomer Mariah is wonderful. We have senior dogs and she always takes excellent care of them. They always come home smelling wonderful and happy go lucky. Thank you Mutt Puddle and Mariah, you're absolutely wonderful and will always have my business.

2nd Family Dogs lives up to the name. I feel like they're a 2nd family for my little guy (Pickles) and i feel like the staff truly treats ALL the pets like they are their own, and their own 2nd family. I've boarded at other places that pale in comparison. This facility is always clean, amazingly maintained, and never has any smells. It's so fun to see my little Picky on the video when I'm missing him or when the staff posts pictures. My pup is very shy and timid and he always comes out of his shell here- both with people and other dogs. It's awesome to see how far he's come here with the daycare and with boarding. He's always wiped out after a fun day of playing. All the staff is so reassuring and patiently answers all the questions that a dog mom could ask :) grooming services are also amazing and thorough, and leave your pup smelling so good. Prices are very reasonable. The website and app are super convenient for booking grooming/daycare/boarding, uploading vax records, paying, and more. I also love that you can purchase packages of several boarding or daycare vs one by one. I'm one of those people where my dog really is my baby, i love him so much and want the best for him, and i have full faith and trust in 2nd family dogs and highly recommend it to any dog parent looking for a home away from home for their best friend.

Staff are very profesional and very friendly. They are always helpful to get you in even if it's last minute making appointment for grooming, boarding or just play care.
