SHERATON MCKINNEY HOTEL REVIEWS

Refreshing to have a hotel employ competent, kind & professional staff. Parking is plentiful and free. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully designed. I especially love the Kelly green doors and the large well lit exit signs. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean. The beds, linens and pillows are so comfortable a great night sleep ensued. The shower is spacious but I would prefer a larger shower head. The soap, shampoo and lotions are luxurious. The small coffee maker w/ Starbucks coffee was what we needed to motivate us out of our beds. We hope to be back.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Sheraton, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Angeles. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Angeles was attentive throughout the entire meal—quick with coffee refills, thoughtful with recommendations, and always checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made my morning truly enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it definitely shows. Thank you, Angeles, for starting my day off right.

The food at the bar/restaurant is expensive for what you get, although it was good(just not for that price). Other than that, the price for the room was exceptional! We stayed here on a whim and honestly we would go back for the their bartender Chris, I hope this message gets passed along! Don’t lose him. He was knowledgeable and made ANY drink of our choice. He definitely knows his spirits and it shows.

Went to two Hilton locations before coming here, that didn’t have a working pool. When I got to this Holiday inn, not only did India give me excellent customer service, she was able to accommodate me in every way! Room and facilities were nice and clean . Breakfast was cool.

I’ve stayed here numerous times in business. Affordable, nice, polite, professional and zero complaints. The manager promptly and proactive belt assisted us with a minor issue that arose and I was very grateful for her response. She runs a tight ship.

We stayed for five days recently while visiting family for the holidays. The staff was very friendly and kind, especially when we changed our minds and asked to extend our stay. The room was clean.

This place isn't incredible because they have affordable luxury rooms. This place is incredible because of the crew that runs it. Javier checked me in without a reservation and with forecasted "Sold Out" nights. Martha busied herself with daily functions from steam cleaning to breakfast making, and I must say the 24 hour coffee bar made late night hot chocolate a go-to routine during my stay. My room was immaculate, the water in the tub was hot, and being able to see my car from the windows (plural) was a rare, added bonus. I was always greeted by staff and the girls in housekeeping really respected the "Do not disturb" door decal! I slept in late because the room darkening curtains were THAT good. The breakfast was vast and bountiful and I kick myself for not packing a swimsuit! This Hampton made my trip remarkable. Thanks y'all!! See ya again.

Great location. Lots of stores and places to eat nearby. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast had a great variety. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was good for our stay for 1 night. The room was clean. There is a good Mexican restaurant right next door.
