After living here for 5 months I might be even happier than when I first moved in. I've worked a lot with both Wendy and Valeria from the leasing office. They have both been kind, understanding, and resourceful. Wendy helped me get into my apartment, despite my very challenging life circumstances. As a just-divorced housewife who hadn't worked in a few years it was very difficult to establish my financial readiness even with a divorce settlement. Never let a roadblock stop her. Valeria was beyond helpful in getting my mother into her unit a couple months later, who also had some tricky circumstances to navigate. I moved my mother into the complex because she's getting older and is deisabled. She has a hard time taking care of herself. I figured this would be a good way to help her keep her independence while being able to still watch over her more closely. The staff at Orion worked tirelessly to find her an apartment that met all her needs and requirements while still managing to be located near my building. They got her in to the building next door, and for an absolutely amazing price at that. I am very grateful to the staff at Orion McKinney for always making me feel welcome, and for consistently going out of their way to make sure both my mother and I are well taken care of. They've also become quite the fans of my little pup, and I know he enjoys all the attention and treats! Thank you all so much.

The maintenance person was very pleasant and professional as always. He did a fantastic job taking care of my service request and completed the work order very quickly. I have been a resident here for 10 years and I really like living here. We have a great Leasing /Management and Maintenance Staff here at our Apartment Complex (Orion).

I just moved in last week and I absolutely love it here. My apt. is spacious yet cozy, I have a covered parking spot. The complex is extremely quiet and the water pressure is good. Air conditioner works well too. Maintenance requests are also handled quickly. I have no complaints at all!

I toured this complex with my daughter(1 year old) the other day and had the best experience! She was being a little fussy that day and Destiny Waddles, the lady who toured, was very patient and sweet about it. I’m the type to ask about EVERYTHING and Destiny did not hesitate with any of her answers. She was super informative and exceeded all expectations I had PLUS SOME. The apartments were very well put together and the community seemed family friendly. If you are looking for apartments to tour I definitely recommend the retreat at Stonebridge and ask for Destiny, she’s GREAT.

The staff greeted us with friendly smiles as soon as we walked into reception area. And even though we Maryanne in the front office is amazing!!! She helped answer any questions I had and took me on a tour of the apartment styles I was interested in. She honestly was so kind and informative and what I noticed most was how she waved and greeted every resident we passed while touring the facility; it showed that she really enjoyed her job and that she took the time to build good relations with those living here. Definitely looking forward to joining such a great community!went in as walk-ins, they still gave us great hospitality with all the information we needed to make this wonderful place our future home.

I have lived here for 2 yrs. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Service request are responded to quickly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Landscaping is always kept up. I’m glad to call this my home.
