I recently had a watch stop working that was very personal to me. I went online to find a jeweler that I felt comfortable taking it to and one that I could use for future repairs and jewelry purchases. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to take it to My Diamond Shoppe in McKinney. All the reviews I had read stated how personable and professional the owners of the shop had been. I found their reviews to be 100 percent truthful. Just as I had thought, the battery in my watch had gone bad. While waiting as a new battery was being installed and speaking with the owners, I became completely comfortable that I could bring future jewelry there to be repaired and purchase jewelry with a feeling that I was getting honest value.

even though they are in a new location, the staff is still the same friendly folks. they greeted us with smiles and were quick to assist in the repair of my husband’s wedding ring. They also had beautiful jewelry of all kinds. you should visit this relocated home town jewelry store soon.

Went to My Diamond Shoppe to get a watch battery replaced and was greeted by wonderful staff. Amanda was really nice and helpful. Their jewelry selection is great with reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this jewelry store.

Our experience with Barrons Estate Jewelers was exceptional! We were introduced to them through their shop at Highstreet Antiques in Plano. Elaine was very helpful at Highstreet, but the selection at the booth didn't have quite what we need, so she suggested calling Gary at their McKinney store. I did and met him the next day. Gary was very helpful in pinpointing exactly what kind of ring I was wanting, got a demo ring ordered to ensure it was as good in person as it looked in the catalog, and then helped me to get it resized once I knew it was the one. Working with Barrons was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend to anyone.

Gary and Sonny were incredibly kind and helpful when my son recently purchased an engagement ring from their shop in downtown McKinney. My son lives out of town currently, and both gentlemen took the time to answer our many questions, as well as assist me with getting the ring appraised and sized in my son’s absence.
