The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection

Just concluded a Conference and the property was all that I had hoped it would be - specifically and most importantly the Staff. Bellman, Front Desk, Catering, Cleaning Team and many more were professional, welcoming and an overall Pleasure. We experienced TEA, a MUST EXPERIENCE. Food in the Tavern was the perfect bite after a long day of travel and after hours for time spent with colleagues. We all love our Starbucks, but the Cafe at the front entrance sure makes a great Iced Latte and I heard a mean Coffee. Try the cardamom scones - Fresh, the perfect bite for breakfast and a snack. Location perfect. Loma for authentic Mexican fare directly across the street, a treat. ENJOY Denver and The Brown Palace.

One of the best places I have EVER stayed at!!!!! You feel like royalty the moment you arrive. We were given the most incredible corner room with a city view. It was lovely to watch snow falling at night. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Every staff member, from the bellhop to the reception desk to the valet park attendant was friendly, attentive and went beyond what I expected in service. I will recommend and return for sure. The decor is also what makes it a GEM!!!!!

fabulous hotel; amazing staff; fantastic music; awesome food. Kent made our stay extra special by showing us some of the uniqueness of the property; from murals to hotel history, he really personalized our stay. The tea is a must do with delicious scones, sandwiches, and pastries not to mention the harpist. But the jazz band and piano player were the best; highly recommend! Fabulous stay! Thank you everyone!
