The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit

The customer service here has always been top-notch, and now with the new renovations, it has a new modern look! It's lighter and more airy with pastel vibes and upgraded lighting. I book meetings here all the time, and we've always been taken such good care of, even when I have to change things last-minute, though I hate to do that. Gail is my event manager and she is just wonderful. Personable and helpful and very quick to reply. They are running a great team at the Book Cadillac. Do not hesitate to plan your event here - you will not be disappointed. Catered food is always delicious with lots of menus to choose from and staff is always very nice and helpful. I love working with them.

Gail with the events management group made our experience a wonderful success!! She was always around to help, provided her cell to offer offline support, she help us accommodate 2 special meals for vegan and vegetarian, and she was kind and supportive through our entire stay. Thanks a million - couldn't recommend her MORE!

This is my favorite place to stay whenever I’m in Detroit! If I can’t get a room here, leave me at home! My rooms are always spotless, the service is always great and my overall experience is always great.
