We have used many different folks (independent contractors) to lend us a hand with the upkeep of our home but were left disappointed often by the lack of consistency and reliability. We found The Cleaning Authority team through Google with sufficient reviews to put our trust in them. And we have not looked back since. The areas of rotation system in place was the main selling feature for us. You are also reminded 24hrs in advance of your service and notified when your team is en route the day of. Hellen and Tamara have been working with us for a little while now, they know our house inside and out and do not miss anything. They are precise and fast. We appreciate them.Unfortunately, I did not get their names but as soon as I do, I will post them!
Thank you Maybelin, Maribel and Amanda! They do a great job each time. Every 2 weeks my house sparkles and smells great. The one time they were running late, additional cleaners were sent so they would (and did) finish by their regular time. They are friendly and professional. I would recommend giving them a chance to clean for you.
My house has never looked better! I just hired the Cleaning Authority and today was their first day. It felt soooo good to come home to a clean house. They were very thorough and detailed. Wish I hired them sooner. I highly recommend!
