The team was incredibly professional, informative and detail-oriented. We had a full HVAC system replaced. Our old system was 35 years old and was completely fried- no heat during a cold season. They came within 5 days of our order, arrived on time, completed all work the same day, and even repaired the gas hookup and electrical. Of course they checked with us first before doing this additional work. At the end of the day they tested everything and explained how to use the new equipment. We really appreciated everything this team accomplished.

Today was my first maintenance appointment that came with the install we had of mini split AC unit in August 2024. We have one unit in living room and one in bedroom. Our technician was on time, very professional and answered a few questions that I had. Only took about 30 minutes and everything was fine.

North Air is amazing! They have been our go to company for HVAC needs for over 10 years. Vigen was an absolute life saver today as our AC condenser stopped working last night. With over 100 degree weather right now and a 6 month old baby at home, we were anxious to get it fixed as soon as possible. He came out first thing this morning, troubleshooted very quickly (starter had gone), had the part on hand to fix it, and was able to have us back up and running in no time. He also charged us an incredibly reasonable price and is always so pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend North Air and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Today I had a central AC unit from 1999 replaced. This is the second job I had done by North Air. First was installing a new furnace that replaced the original unit from 1999. Great Job. Very efficient, Came out with three technicians and was done in three hours not tying up my whole day. Great Job. Thank you Vigen.

So happy to have found North Air! Our old company was bought & the service really declined. My neighbor recently used this company so I asked Vigen to service our very old units. He came over & got the job done quickly & with no upselling or pushiness! He was very friendly & trustworthy, we will definitely use them in the future, we’ll likely need a new compressor in the next year or two. Their prices were fair & he was very straightforward.
