We had an excellent experience with Shawn at Modern Roofing who installed a new roof for me last fall. He came out to discuss the plan and was straightforward about what options were of value and what options were not. His team coordinated well with the solar panel installers, and were always willing to answer my many questions. I was given a list of homes to look at to pick a color which was very helpful. I was given immediate notice when they discovered a problem when the old roof was removed, including longer installation time and cost, which were reasonable. We have had no problems with the recent rain. I highly recommend calling Shawn at Modern Roofing.

We got our Roof replacement along with new gutters and two skylights. Andrew from Modern Roofing came out from the initial enquiry explained everything elaborately and followed up until our completion. We had solar panels that need to be removed and reinstalled, all of which required a lot of coordination with different vendors. He was on top of everything , kept us well informed and in the loop. He was always available on the phone or in person whenever I had any question. Their quote was very competitive and great value for the money spent. They removed the roof, then replaced it all, and within the budget they gave me. They gave me a very reasonable price and kept to this plan. NewHaus Construction was the first to contact us. Allen and Greg had visited us same day after our first contact and after providing presentation of what type of materials would be used we were very impressed. Throughout the process they were clear and concise with communication with us. When Allen and Greg arrived after demolition they had informed us that we had split decking and would need to overlay a OSB sheathing for the underlayment and waterproofing material before they add the new shingles so they could honor their warranty. They were very straight forward with us on what needed to be done. They had 3 man teams working on each phase of the project. All of their crews are highly skilled, professional and fast at what they do. Roofing was installed quickly and done right as our city came and passed the inspection. NewHaus Construction is very organized is because they are one of the few roofing companies to not subcontract their work out which was the reason we hired them.

Was met at my house by Uri, went through what I wanted, was met with a fair price and trustworthy salesman(or at least honest about it from my own point as well as what I have been told by others). Then Mike, the lead for the working team came out, checked everything, told his team what and how, made sure it was all ok by me, and the team came next day, finished within 4-5 hours. Excellent work and price. Attic looks phenomenal! Highly recommend.
