I can honestly say that they are the most professional inspection company operating in L.A. Amazing experience. Purchasing a new home built and builders suggest you don’t need it. If I didn’t call IM I wouldn’t have found the issues that they were able to find. Highly recommend them. They found mainline fill with dirt that could have caused a mainline backup.
