Great communication and was impressed with the service quality. The tech performed a tune and check up. Cleaned everything as prescribed well and gave me a quote on blower and duct cleaning. Plenty of pictures to show before and after and the reasons for additional recommendations. Good job Philip and Rowland.

Fredo was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. All three installers worked well together and left their work areas in the same condition as they found them. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered.

Jesse Mora was very polite and got the maintenance job done today! I want to add that your phone staff gave excellent customer service as well.

Been using Ray’s Service Inc for a few years now. These guys are great. Communication is top notch on letting you know when they are about to arrive for service. They also know what they are doing. Emmanuel, the tech, was personable and knowledgeable. He checked the entire system and explained what potential problems can occur with age of the unit. My unit is fairly new so maintenance is how you keep your AC/heaters running for a long time. Definitely recommend Rays.

Emmanuel was a joy to work with and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of his visit. I have been a client of Ray's for many years and they have always been wonderful to work with. I love the program that keeps everything maintained and inspected regularly. I highly recommend them.

Not only did they deliver top-notch service, but they were able to expedite everything for me due to the heat wave we were experiencing. Any future issues, this will be the only company I work with.
