Wonderful experience overall. Marcela was so accommodating, and showed me multiple options while pricing everything out for me. Looking forward to having a unit here and knowing that if I have any questions in the future, that this location and it's employees will exceed all customer service expectations!

Have had my extra stuff stored here for over a year without any concerns or issues buuut lost my key to my storage. Maria was quick to help me with the sweetest energy and attention to fix my problem and out the door within minutes. Happy holidays to you Maria, thanks again for everything!

Monique (the representative at the front desk) was exceptionally patient and kind. She gave me a tour, helped me with my online set-up and helped me get situated with my new unit. She absolutely rocks.

5 Star service & accommodations! The storage units & hallways are spotlessly clean, well lit & SAFE! And the Storquest staff, especially VICKY at the SCV location, exemplifies the utmost professionalism while always showing her genuine care and concern for my needs, matched by her willingness to do whatever it takes to make her clients happy. She really goes above & beyond and has the patience of a saint. I'm grateful she has been my point manager over the past year, as I went through a few personal losses & challenges which lead to my need for my move and a storage unit, and she was there to help me in any way she could, every step of the way. I look forward to seeing her next time I'm at my storage unit, and I can't recommend this facility enough. You can feel relief knowing you & your important belongings are safe at Storquest on the Old Rd in Santa Clarita. BONUS - They are always running specials and have great discounted rates! Overall exceptional experience.

Vickie was succcch a great help! Super friendly customer service and helpful with set up and everything!! I moved my stuff here from another in unit with another company in LA and it can’t compare to this place. They take security seriously, there are no random stragglers wandering around, the place is clean and the loading dock makes moving bulky items so much easier! Everything is efficient the carts are locked and there are plenty to use. The security system is super advanced and they run the storage facility efficiently and strictly, which is nice considering your things are there. There are eyes everywhere and things are maintained. 10/10 recommend would never go to another facility ever again! So pleased with my experience!

Vicky was awesome! She helped us out graciously and we made her walk all over the property for us to choose the right one. She didn’t mind one bit. Get your unit here! And they’re very reasonable.

Golden state storage has been fabulous. My 5x10 unit was clean and free of bugs or critters, when I arrived. The accessibility to my unit is roomy and easy. The security is wonderful, I have never worried about my belongings being compromised. They are friendly, thorough and helpful. The bonus with them is they have great specials. I would recommend Golden State Storage to any one.

I rented two units to store items for my construction company. Golden State Storage was extremely helpful and guided me through the process via phone and online without having to show in person. a shout out for Linda Barnes at The Oak Ave. Santa Clarita location for making this move a success! !

Aaron who runs this storage was very wonderful. He took care of my needs with great enthusiasm. Very quite and clean facility. Great security and had a pleasant experience . Would recommend highly.
