The person I spoke to on the phone was great. Miguel came out quickly to help service the bathroom at the business I work at. He was professional, kind, and diligent about his work. I am grateful for not only the service getting done quickly, but for the kind professionals that got it done! I would definitely recommend and use this company again. :) Thank you so much!

I called after hours on a Thursday night due to a clogged kitchen sink and was told someone would reach out to me Friday after eight as it was not an emergency. Enrique called me about half an hour later and an appointment was made for Friday 10-12. Miguel showed up right at ten. He was friendly and professional. He assessed the issue and gave me a fair price. He fixed the problem, verified the sink was unclogged and that there were no leaks under the sink. Great experience and would highly recommend LeadingEdge.

We had a main line blockage at our facility, called Leading Edge and they were able to sent a technician within an hour. Miguel came out quickly to help service the issue . He was professional, kind, and diligent about his work. David was cheery and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly, on New Year's Eve, to unsnarl our piping disaster. He made sure to put in excellent parts, made sure everything was correctly installed, sealed holes, added the external hose line.. It was a huge job! David's joy and confidence were great. I felt really good about leaving him to just do the job. He got his part of the job done so the next crew could step in and immediately do their part. Everyone at Shellback and Pac Fleet were excellent, helpful, and hardworking. I would hire them again in an instant.

Dave recommended a sediment filter for our house as we are on a well. The quality of our water is great. He removed an old solar water exchanger and reconfigured our system with a Halo filter for our needs. Not your standard job but Dave said he loves the out of the ordinary jobs as it's a challenge. Great work, wonderful guy. Clean, neat and very pleasant. In the past two other plumbers said it was too complicated of a job and refused to remove the old system. Yea Shellback you did a wonderful job. Thanks.

Jonny did an amazing job replacing our main water line to our house. He was very thorough and followed up with me on exactly what the problem was and how it would be fixed. I would highly recommend Shellback Plumbing to fix any plumbing issues you have.

TRIPLE S PLUMBING REVIEWS

First American Home Warranty called Triple S Plumbing to repair our hot water heater. Response was reasonably fast (next day). The technician diagnosed the problem and had the necessary replacement part in stock in his truck. Repair was quick, and the hot water heater is now working properly.

Great customer service and got an appointment quickly. Plumber tech was very knowledgeable and prepared, had answers to all my questions and completed all the repairs in less than 30 minutes. Would happily hire them again for our plumbing needs.

My gas water heater began to leak. Isaac from Triple S came out on a Saturday to check it out. He and Alex came back and installed and upgraded what need to be upgrading according to todays building and safety codes. They were professional and worked quickly. Isaac is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
