Had issues with our alarm. They sent over a technician Ormel and after troubleshooting the problem, they were able to fix it. It took 2 attempts to troubleshoot the issue but they were diligent until the issue was fixed. Overall good service by the technician Ormel who was very helpful and attentive.

Valley Alarm is our go to provider for all our alarm needs. Great customer service. Reliable and respond quickly to all our emergency repairs. Highly recommended.

ADT Chatsworth, CA has been so helpful and an amazing experience. The customer service has been impeccable. I called to talk with a representative and no wait, they scheduled a representative to come out right away. Matt D. was the representative and I can’t say enough good things about him and our experience. He went out of his way to get our system installed and make sure a technician could come by on the same day due to special circumstances. He was so pleasant and helpful, and got us a really great deal. We are so thankful for Matt D. and the Chatsworth ADT team. Thank you! You won’t regret having them take care of your security needs!.

Julian, the technician, and Tenesha from Corporate saved my account. I was ready to leave ADT. I really can't write the same Mario (security consultant) due to his lack of responsiveness and follow through.
