Jess helped me with my heater, he showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my issues while it was raining and getting colder! He was very professional, and i was impressed with his skills. He got me back up and running very quickly which I appreciate very much. Now the house will be warm this weekend. I recommend Arthur's Air Conditioning and Heating.

Had Arthur's H&AC out for a check on my furnace and ac. Shawn was the tech. They sent and he did a very fine job. He kept me informed about what he was doing at all times, made suggestions, and gave good advice. I've ordered a new filter for my furnace, and if possible I would like to have Shawn to deliver and install it He's a good guy and he even liked my border collie!

Kevin and crew were very polite and professional. There years of experience made for a great installing of our new heat & air unit. Kevin is a great asset to your company! Fantastic job well done!8
