Love them! The ladies on the phone were great and thorough. I greatly appreciated the texts and emails before my appointment. They included a picture of my technician so I knew who to open the door for. I thought this was a great touch! Junior was very polite and SO respectful of my property. Always asked if it was okay to enter the house and additional rooms. I greatly appreciated all of the information he gathered for me during my tune-up. He emailed it to me for my records and it was very comprehensive! He also included before and after pictures of his service. I had no idea how filthy my unit was until he cleaned it! It looks brand new! I also appreciated him explaining a potential problem in the future and the different ways it could be serviced. Junior did great, and I hope to work with him again! And I will definitely be using Norman Air again and recommending them.

I absolutely loved my experience with this company! I spoke with Gus yesterday, and even though they have more expensive options, he didn’t push at those. He wanted us to choose what was right for our budget. They provided us next day service on our a/c install. The guys that installed the unit, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. From the customer service rep that answers the phone to the guys that did the labor, I have only positive things to say. They have earned my business as long as I live in their service area.

Micheal S was very knowledgeable about system and explained everything He all so went over the other services you off and I purchased a smart thermostat. He installed it and went over everything with me and helped me set my phone to connect to it. He was very helpful in connecting phone and thermostat and made sure I was able to long in and change function if needed and he showed me the item on the thermostat. I will enjoy changing the backlighting with the seasons If all your employees are as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as Micheal S you have a great team.

Had my semi annual check on the AC system for our house. Service was fantastic. My technician was Jeff with Hi Tech Heat and Air. He completely disassembled my condenser to perform the cleaning. Checked the Amp draw verified the fan verified the compressor charge. Checked the evaporator. Did a complete inspection. I’d highly recommend Air Comfort solutions.

Nataniel P. from Air Comfort Solutions was the best tech we’ve ever had to our house, for any type of service. He was a pro. Knew what he was doing, answered all my questions, and advised on next steps for vent cleaning and repair. He also did an excellent job cleaning our condenser unit. Nathaniel adds great value to your company (ACS). Dude is a gem.

Robert hall was one of a kind! He took care of our issue asap!! He was professional, and did the job the same day same service! I would recommend this company every time, and my management company referred them. I attached a picture of the guy you want to service your home in reference. Ask for Robert if you want someone who works with a diligent but happy smile.

Jess helped me with my heater, he showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my issues while it was raining and getting colder! He was very professional, and i was impressed with his skills. He got me back up and running very quickly which I appreciate very much. Now the house will be warm this weekend. I recommend Arthur's Air Conditioning and Heating.

Had Arthur's H&AC out for a check on my furnace and ac. Shawn was the tech. They sent and he did a very fine job. He kept me informed about what he was doing at all times, made suggestions, and gave good advice. I've ordered a new filter for my furnace, and if possible I would like to have Shawn to deliver and install it He's a good guy and he even liked my border collie.

Kevin and crew were very polite and professional. There years of experience made for a great installing of our new heat & air unit. Kevin is a great asset to your company! Fantastic job well done.
