Bryce was so nice and professional! He provided a temporary fix to the problem so I could have water until a part came in. The dispatchers were also very sweet and kept me informed at all times! Great customer service!!

Love them! The ladies on the phone were great and thorough. I greatly appreciated the texts and emails before my appointment. They included a picture of my technician so I knew who to open the door for. I thought this was a great touch! Junior was very polite and SO respectful of my property. Always asked if it was okay to enter the house and additional rooms. I greatly appreciated all of the information he gathered for me during my tune-up. He emailed it to me for my records and it was very comprehensive! He also included before and after pictures of his service. I had no idea how filthy my unit was until he cleaned it! It looks brand new! I also appreciated him explaining a potential problem in the future and the different ways it could be serviced. Junior did great, and I hope to work with him again! And I will definitely be using Norman Air again and recommending them!

I received very good service on the installation of my 2 ton 2 stage Air conditioner. The install crew, Sam, Edwin, and Jesse answered my questions, we’re very hard-working, efficient and polite. They remained friendly and patient as they worked in my very hot attic.
