Took my PC for a Tune UP and the owner and staff were super friendly and well informed. They gave me a itemized list with the budget of each part with a final price of the tune up. Plus they have a awesome wall full of CRT TV which is a bonus in my opinion. Support Local Norman Businesses AKA Norman Computers. My computer is running clean now with updated parts that can handle my steam game library.

My PC blue screened 4 times in a day, my friend said it could be ram so I replaced it and my PC didn't boot. Took it in and they had it figured out and repaired in less than 2 weeks. Very friendly and helpful staff as well as fair prices, great place if you need work or repairs done.

This is a great place to get your computer fixed. Mark is an absolute miracle worker; we thought there was no chance our PC would ever work again, but he brought it back from the dead. He was also really great to work with, super kind and efficient.

They saved my rear end today. I had this (pic attached) pop up while looking for chicken thigh crockpot recipes! It said that my computer had been locked up & I needed to call their # immediately. It's crazy that you can't even look for a good recipe without people trying to scam you. Thank you Norman Nerds. I greatly appreciate your help & getting back to me quickly. I'd have been in a world of hurt without you. God bless you! I'll keep coming back.

I was really impressed that they had a tech at my business within hours and he was very patient with me having to see patients while he was working on our issue. He had our website up and running again very quickly and even helped me set it up so all of our information would be backed up regularly (which I did not know was not happening before). I have used them twice at my business and been very happy both times.

I depend upon my computer to conduct business, so to be without it puts me out of commission. Every time I’ve had a problem with my computer I’ve taken it to Bedlam and they have fixed it very quickly, many times the same day, for a very reasonable charge. The lost productivity costs me many times what Bedlam charges me to fix it. I use Bedlam and recommend that everyone else do the same. The other repair places, including big box stores, can’t compete in terms of turnaround, price, and value.

I have been a customer of Bedlam Computers for over 7 years. I have always found them to be Awesome to work with. The prices are fair and the service is prompt.
