Today was our first treatment. Literally three hours ago. William introduced himself and got straight to work, which was great because I was in the middle of doing trim work. He presented himself as well-groomed, clean, tidy and detail-oriented. He is a credit to your company and you are lucky to have such a hard-working man! Of course, you know — Oklahoma weather showed up at 6:30 P.M. There’s about 2” of rain and standing water…we are expecting a half inch more over 50 minutes. It has not abated. Does this mean a retreatment?

Excellent service, I signed up on the memorial day deal and they came out next day. Jawan was our tech and he was friendly and professional, he came in and treated the inside and then went outside and treated around the house and the entire yard. The whole process was maybe around 30 minutes and he let us know when he was done. 10 out of ten would recommend!

Tech was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated the care he took to ensure the property had everything we needed for our pest control. He went above and beyond what any other tech has ever done before mentioning awareness of our storm shelter and pointing out key areas that pests could get into the home. Very much appreciated.

Taylor is an absolute professional! One of the best technicians I have seen service a home. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and a wealth of experience. He located the problems areas quickly and did a thorough assessment. Champion Pest & Lawn has a true gem on their hands. I want to thank the team for getting the home serviced on short notice and for their professionalism and exemplary customer service. They really stand by their name!

From the first time contacting Champion through today, the office and field staff have been amazing and their work demonstrates their professional ethic. Gary helped us tremendously with our gopher and mice issue this past winter. Willy has done wonderful work on getting our lawn looking better. They all communicate well and keep us updated. Appreciate all the work and effort by Champion.

Willie is super personable and helpful in verifying the total ticket before he performs the work. He has always been excellent in the work he has done for us. He is always on time and does a great job.

I originally wasn’t so sure about doing business with Masseys services, but my issues were quickly addressed and resolved by Brody, the GM and Tevin! They came out today and did a great job on my house, left me some sticky traps. I appreciate them for the work they’ve done and being so quick to help me and resolve the issues. i respect them tremendously for that!

Chris is always courteous and provides outstanding quarterly service for over 10 years. We have only ever had a couple of issues with bugs in the house due to weather, and a quick call to the office and they send someone out for an additional treatment.

I’ve use Massey Services for many years and have always been very happy with the service. If I have a problem between scheduled visits, they will promptly come back out. Today’s service Tech, Tevin Benson, was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company.
