Burkhardt Heating and Cooling

Burkhardt has been amazing to us since we moved into our place 3 years ago. And more recently, on our annual furnace checkup, they found some cracks in our unit (which they have kept running smoothly since it was installed 1997!) They installed a new high efficiency furnace in October, and we needed a switchboard adjustment in January. Alex and Cody arrived first thing in the morning and got things adjusted right away. They were nice, and good humoured, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service. I used the chat option on Google initially to connect with someone - I was directed to their scheduling system which was super easy. Their dispatcher found me a time slot that worked AND the tech showed up right on time. Ryan, the tech, was fantastic. Walked me through exactly what the issues were, how they worked/why they were important, and price breakdown. Entire diagnosis and repairs process was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!

The techs came quick and resolved my furnace problem. Very happy with there work and the guys were friendly and explained everything. I will be recommending them to others.
