D & M Heating and Air Conditioning

We had a great experience with D&M heating. They were able to come to our home within an hour and a half of calling to request an appointment when our furnace failed and it was very cold outside. Our specialist, Alyssa, was fantastic and very professional. She took the time to explain the options we had when considering what kind of furnace to choose for replacement and installation. They also lent us space heaters to use until our furnace was installed. The installation itself was delightfully uneventful. We are very pleased with the service we have received and grateful for all of the excellent staff members at D&M heating.

Highly knowledgeable staff from the technician to the installers. It only took them a couple hours to install my new furnace. Great communication as well from the entire staff from receptionist to management. Will definitely refer to anyone needing HVAC services.
