Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning

Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable service technician came on time to review and tuneup both my heating and AC systems. I had not had it done in the 4 years since I moved in. He explained everything he was doing and did not make any high cost recommendations which is always my fear when having serviced like this performed. Overall, I highly recommend this company and especially cannot say enough positive things about Sam, the technician.

Hometown was great! My old heater flooded several rooms in my home. They worked with the cleanup team to remove and reinstall the new HVAC while all the damage was repaired! Wow, Baker was awesome, available any time I called and did everything possible to get everything back to normal. He also came during my normal maintenance to check in on everything. Hometown is great at customer service! Love you guys.

Adrian was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and a good communicator. He took the time to listen and to respond to our many questions. We were impressed by his thoroughness. He went above and beyond to create an excellent customer experience for us.
