Ismael Cruz is the best! He performed the yearly maintenance on my heating system, and I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He was polite, respectful, professional and friendly, and explained everything that he was going to do in great detail. I requested that Ismael perform the yearly maintenance on my A/C system in the spring. I would also like to say how extremely pleased I was when I spoke to Tana at "Jack Lehr". I am a brand new homeowner, and she explained everything to me regarding the care and maintenance of the HVAC system. She was so helpful, and it was greatly appreciated!

Our twice yearly check-up with Keenan from Jack Lehr, Heating Cooling & Electric. Always on time and very thorough with the check-up. If anything needs to be done it is explained in detail so that I can understand the problem and Keenan can fix it the same day. We have always had good care, no matter which technician came to the house. Always respectful and courteous! They do a wonderful job!

Our heat pump broke. A tech came out the same day. We needed a new heat pump system. It was installed within the week. The technicians were very polite and had it done in 1 day. We were happy and warm again!! They did a good job!!
